Santhosh Kunjir vs Jyotish Shingada

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Gujurat promoted show at Surat Thaosen, Surat,  taking place on 28/07/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the India-Gujurat Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santhosh Kunjir (22(1) - 1) who hails from Ahmedabad, India and Jyotish Shingada(8 - 4 - 2) from Surat, India.  Kunjir weighed in at 126 pounds and 10 ounces, while Shingada weighed in at 125 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Kunjir came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Rehman Samaan, and the three ringside judges are Arjuna Rangaswamy, Zuffur Nazir and Adnan Odeh.
