Amjad Dar vs Abdul Malik

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kaduna State promoted show at Kaduna Manyika, Kaduna,  taking place on 01/08/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amjad Dar (16(8) - 1) who hails from Kaduna, Nigeria and Abdul Malik(7 - 18(3) - 6) from Zaria, Nigeria.  Both Dar and Malik weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William Vozor, and the three ringside judges are Shayan Sasooli, Elderson Tutuola and Umair Farooq.  

Round 1: 

Dar gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Dar lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Dar steps inside and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Dar is looking to close the distance and is on target with a firm right hook.  
Dar lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Malik walks Dar into a neutral corner.  Malik sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Dar closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Dar is on target with a right hook to Malik's ribcage.  
Dar lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Malik quickly recovers. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Malik's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Malik's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Malik is looking to close the distance.  Dar slams a mean right uppercut into Malik's body.  MALIK IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Dar drives a right hook into Malik's body.  
Malik connects with a right hook.  
Malik tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Dar drives a solid left hook into Malik's ribs.  
Dar is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Dar gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Malik quickly recovers. 
Dar lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Dar is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Malik throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Dar crashes a spiteful right hook to Malik's ribs.  MALIK IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Dar drives a stinging left uppercut into Malik's body.  
Dar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Malik tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Dar steps inside.  Dar sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Malik throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Dar's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Dar closes the distance.  Dar sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Dar tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Malik digs in a right hook to Dar's ribcage.

Dar whips in a big right hook to Malik's ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE MALIK WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Dar senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Dar lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND DROPS MALIK TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Malik cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Dar!
