Davie Stilley vs Rob Maddix

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Maryland promoted show at Baltimore Clogston, Baltimore,  taking place on 04/08/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Maryland Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Davie Stilley (16 - 16(2) - 2) who hails from Baltimore, USA and Rob Maddix(12 - 9 - 4) from Baltimore, USA.  Both Stilley and Maddix weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Declan Mateer, and the three ringside judges are Jamie Bigg, Sid Morrison and Dan Haddan.  

Round 1: 

Stilley gets on the inside.  Maddix quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Stilley hits home with a left uppercut.  
Stilley advances into close range.  Maddix digs in a right uppercut to Stilley's ribs.  
Stilley lands a left hook.  Stilley tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Maddix connects with a cross.  
Stilley closes the distance.  Maddix throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Stilley time to recover.  
Stilley is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Stilley hits home with a left hook.
