Mike Manson vs Dom Hendrie

Boxing Daily Report from the Kronk Gym II promoted show at Detroit Sheenan, Detroit,  taking place on 06/08/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Michigan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mike Manson (30(3) - 7(1)) who hails from Warren, USA and Dom Hendrie(7 - 10(1) - 2) from Grand Rapids, USA.  Both Manson and Hendrie weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Pakkarinen, and the three ringside judges are Mark Tew, Sam Vannett and Chris Perk.  

Round 1: 

Manson attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Hendrie's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Hendrie tries to land a cross, but Manson sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Manson steps inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Manson manouvers Hendrie into a corner.  Manson is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Hendrie pivots to the left of his opponent.  Manson lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Manson hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Manson lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Manson closes the distance.  Hendrie throws a right hook, but Manson holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Manson pushes his forearm into Hendrie's face.  The ref breaks Manson's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
