Ashoka Banik vs Anupam Pongte

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Juhu Hotel, Mumbai,  taking place on 08/08/2040:

Clearly AI India-Maharashtra have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India-Maharashtra Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ashoka Banik (16 - 17(3) - 3) who hails from Mumbai, India and Anupam Pongte(12 - 8(2) - 2) from Nagpur, India.  Banik weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces, while Pongte weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hassan Hares, and the three ringside judges are Kishore Subramaniam, Premnath Arya and Ashoka Pathak.  

Round 1: 

Pongte manouvers Banik into a neutral corner.  Pongte lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Banik tries to step out of his opponents range.  Pongte lands an overhand right.  
Pongte is looking to close the distance.  Pongte throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Banik time to recover.

Pongte drives a right hook into Banik's ribcage.  
Banik lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Pongte throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Pongte clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Pongte pushes his forearm into Banik's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Pongte closes the distance.  Banik pivots to the right of his opponent.  Banik throws a left hook, but Pongte holds on to his opponent.  Pongte is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Pongte and breaks the clinch.  
Pongte steps inside.  Banik lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Banik's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Pongte's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.
