Angel Lujano vs Aimon Valdespino

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-Salta promoted show at Salta Mato, Salta,  taking place on 13/08/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Angel Lujano (24(19) - 1(1) - 1(NC)) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Aimon Valdespino(12 - 1(1) - 1(NC)) from Salta, Argentina.  Lujano weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces, while Valdespino weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraco Bernardo, and the three ringside judges are Jose Onate, Angel Palomar and Salvador Minaya.  

Round 1: 

Lujano lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Valdespino quickly recovers. 
Lujano is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Lujano clinches his opponent.  Lujano pushes his forearm into Valdespino's face.  The referee warns Lujano and breaks the clinch.  Lujano throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Lujano lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Lujano gets on the inside.  Valdespino pivots to the left of his opponent.  Valdespino throws a right hook, but Lujano ties up his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Lujano lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Valdespino recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Lujano steps inside and drives a solid left hook into his opponents ribs.  Lujano ties up his opponent.  Valdespino tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Lujano's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Valdespino about fouling.  
Valdespino throws a right hook, but Lujano holds on to his opponent.  Lujano leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Valdespino tries to step out of his opponents range.  Lujano is on target with a cross to Valdespino's body.  
Lujano closes the distance and is on target with a left uppercut to Valdespino's body.  
Valdespino switches the action to the outside.  Lujano lands with a ramrod jab.  
Lujano is looking to close the distance.  Valdespino throws a right hook, but Lujano ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Lujano lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a cross to the head.  
Valdespino sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Lujano hits home with a hard jab.  
Lujano lands a ramrod jab.  
Lujano is looking to close the distance.  Valdespino is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Lujano clinches his opponent.  Lujano leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Lujano is on target with a WICKED left hook.  VALDESPINO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Valdespino quickly recovers. 
Lujano cuts off the ring, trapping Valdespino in a neutral corner.  Lujano lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Valdespino hits home with a left hook.  
Lujano advances into close range.  Valdespino is on target with a right hook to Lujano's body.  
Lujano is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Lujano lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS VALDESPINO!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  It looks like Valdespino has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Valdespino's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Valdespino's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Lujano sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Lujano is on target with a telling left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE VALDESPINO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Lujano tries to land a right hook, but Valdespino parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Lujano senses Valdespino is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Lujano lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head, AND KNOCKS VALDESPINO DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  
Lujano lands a WICKED left uppercut.  VALDESPINO IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  It looks like Valdespino has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Lujano lands a left hook, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body, KNOCKING VALDESPINO DOWN!  The ref does not give Valdespino the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Lujano!
