Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Soweto Hall, Soweto,  taking place on 18/08/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fagrie Vilakazi (13 - 9(2) - 7) who hails from Mamelodi, South Africa and Dominic Shabangu(12 - 3(1)) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Both Vilakazi and Shabangu weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peter Mbalula, and the three ringside judges are Mark Van Jaarsveld, John Kisombo and Michael Karabaja.  

Round 1: 

Vilakazi advances into close range.  Shabangu hits home with a right hook.
