Penda Loroupe vs John Birgen

Boxing Daily Report from the Ndovi Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Murungaru, Nairobi,  taking place on 16/08/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Penda Loroupe (25(9) - 17(5) - 2) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and John Birgen(11 - 14 - 5) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Loroupe weighed in at 175 pounds, while Birgen weighed in at 173 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Noah Odoyo, and the three ringside judges are Noah Odoyo, Billy Tumbo and LeBron Naikuni.
