Pernell Carol vs Jamie Mulligan

Boxing Daily Report from the The Home of Boxing promoted show at Tower Festival Headland, Blackpool,  taking place on 27/08/2040:

Clearly The Home of Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Western Europe Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pernell Carol (18(13) - 0) who hails from Anderlecht, Belgium and Jamie Mulligan(19(17) - 1(1)) from Swindon, UK.  Both Carol and Mulligan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Timothy Yates, and the three ringside judges are Timothy Yates, Robert Couper and Mark Stoddart.
