Fraser Fergusson vs Bruce Llandinam

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at HONEYPUNCH Gym, Oxford,  taking place on 16/08/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Fraser Fergusson (11(2) - 1) who hails from Warrington, UK and Bruce Llandinam(7 - 2 - 5) from Bolton, UK.  Both Fergusson and Llandinam weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Cossutta, and the three ringside judges are Gary Rheon, Eric McDermott and Hugh McCabe.  

Round 1: 

Fergusson steps inside and is on target with a right hook to Llandinam's body.

Fergusson steps inside and is on target with a firm left uppercut to Llandinam's ribs.  
Fergusson lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Llandinam tries to step out of his opponents range.  Fergusson quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits the target with a hard jab.  
Fergusson gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Fergusson lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Fergusson cuts off the ring, trapping Llandinam in a neutral corner.  Fergusson lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Fergusson sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Llandinam throws a left hook, but Fergusson ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Fergusson pushes his forearm into Llandinam's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Fergusson is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.
