Keiichi Sakuma vs Naoki Konda

Boxing Daily Report from the Fighting spirit promoted show at Tokyo Ishimoto, Tokyo,  taking place on 26/08/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Tokyo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Keiichi Sakuma (20(5) - 1) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Naoki Konda(13 - 29(4) - 7) from Tokyo, Japan.  Sakuma weighed in at 111 pounds and 6 ounces, while Konda weighed in at 111 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Koizumi, and the three ringside judges are Kyo Tsutsumi, Ichiro Kaya and Kyo Arima.  

Round 1: 

Sakuma tries to keep the action at long range and lands a ramrod jab.  
Sakuma closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.

Sakuma backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Konda tries to tag Sakuma on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Sakuma advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  
Sakuma steps to the outside and lands a cross to the head, a jab to the head and a cross to the body.  
Sakuma is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Sakuma is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two overhand rights followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!

Sakuma is on target with a cross.  Sakuma attempts to land a jab, but Konda dodges the shot and counters with a cross.

Konda closes the distance.  Sakuma connects with a BRUTAL right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE KONDA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Konda almost instantly gets his legs back.

Sakuma thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Konda away.  Sakuma SLAMS a HUGE left uppercut into his opponents face.  KONDA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Sakuma!
