Sammy Wight vs Anicetus Noel

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at AAMI Park, Melbourne,  taking place on 15/09/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Commonwealth Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sammy The Brisbane Bomber Wight (55(38) - 10(5) - 1) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Anicetus Noel(10 - 4(1)) from Quebec City, Canada.  Wight weighed in at 115 pounds, while Noel weighed in at 115 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Aaron Hadjinyan, and the three ringside judges are Arran Forbes, Alec Saghatelian and Duncan McBride.  

Round 1: 

Wight sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a solid jab.
