Alfonso Resendiz vs Gig Corona

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Pittodrie Stadium, Aberdeen,  taking place on 28/09/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alfonso Resendiz (16(11) - 2(2) - 1) who hails from Alicante, Spain and Gig Corona(51(5) - 12(1)) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Resendiz and Corona weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dennis McClung, and the three ringside judges are David McClarnon, Andrew Frew and Patrick McBeth.
