Billy Rasay vs Michael Manuntag

Boxing Daily Report from the Run Forficula promoted show at Ninoy Aquino Stadium, Manila,  taking place on 30/08/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Billy Rasay (14(4) - 1) who hails from Santa Maria, Philippines and Michael Manuntag(7 - 6 - 3) from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines.  Both Rasay and Manuntag weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Larenzo Agonoy, and the three ringside judges are Lloyd Manilag, Cipriano Mabanglo and John Sabile.  

Round 1: 

Manuntag closes the distance.  Rasay lands a right hook.  Rasay holds on to his opponent.  Rasay leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Manuntag pushes his forearm into Rasay's face.  The referee warns Manuntag and breaks the clinch.
