Boxing Daily Report from the James Saint-Claire promoted show at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne,  taking place on 01/09/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Australia Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Obaid OBEY Akhtar (44(29) - 2) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Chris Berselli(36(10) - 5(2) - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Both Akhtar and Berselli weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bart Martis, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Mun, Dale Holland and Ian Espy.
