Imran Fareedi vs Godfrey Iyke

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbeki Promotions promoted show at Umuahia Basha, Umuahia,  taking place on 31/08/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Abia State Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Imran Fareedi (5 - 7 - 3) who hails from Aba, Nigeria and Godfrey Iyke(13 - 13 - 6) from Umuahia, Nigeria.  Both Fareedi and Iyke weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thompson Orelesi, and the three ringside judges are Zuffur Kabir, Lukman Shuaib and Lukman Shuaib.  

Round 1: 

Iyke steps inside.  Fareedi throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Fareedi hits home with a right hook.
