Thulani Shabangu vs Chike Matongo

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at Isaac Wolfson stadium, Port Elizabeth,  taking place on 22/09/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Southern African Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Thulani Shabangu (33(2) - 12(4) - 1) who hails from Johannesburg, South Africa and Chike Matongo(9(3) - 1) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Shabangu and Matongo weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Themba Cele, and the three ringside judges are Chris Matata, Udenwa Kpegah and Musa Majola.
