Ewan Cook vs David Whittet

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at North Shore Stadium, Auckland,  taking place on 01/09/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV One, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ewan Cook (26 - 22(3) - 1) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and David Whittet(3 - 1) from North Shore, New Zealand.  Cook weighed in at 175 pounds, while Whittet weighed in at 174 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mike Scroggins, and the three ringside judges are John Cole, Robert Smillie and Owen Caddick.  

Round 1:
