Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Main Street Armory, Rochester,  taking place on 01/09/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Showtime, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Macario Tamayo (14(11) - 0) who hails from Santa Clara, Cuba and Anton Banasik(54(49) - 11(8)) from Bratsk, Russia.  Both Tamayo and Banasik weighed in at 108 pounds.
