Boxing Daily Report from the The New Pearls Promotion promoted show at Seoul In, Seoul,  taking place on 05/09/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Korea-Seoul Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chang-woo To (7 - 10(1) - 4) who hails from Seoul, South Korea and Min-hyeok Chang(4 - 15 - 2) from Seoul, South Korea.  To weighed in at 154 pounds, while Chang weighed in at 153 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jeong-ho Jue, and the three ringside judges are Kee-hee Reeh, Jae-sung Kwok and Keun-ho Oh.
