Denton Begg vs Michael Bringhurst

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at GAT Gym, Gaineau,  taking place on 21/08/2040:

Clearly GAT Management have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Denton Begg (1(1) - 0) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Michael Bringhurst(4 - 3 - 3) from Edmonton, Canada.  Both Begg and Bringhurst weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Laurent Marceau, and the three ringside judges are Franchot Racine, Verrier Luna and Donatien Auteuil.  

Round 1:

Bringhurst steps inside and throws a left hook, but Begg ties up his opponent.  Begg leans on his opponent using all his weight. Bringhurst is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Begg tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Bringhurst almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Begg lands a cross.  Begg tries to land a jab, but Bringhurst sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Begg gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Begg quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Begg lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Bringhurst recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bringhurst is looking to close the distance.  Begg lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Begg is on target with a sharp cross.  
Bringhurst steps inside.  Begg connects with a sharp left hook.  
Begg lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS BRINGHURST DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Bringhurst advances into close range.  Begg is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.
