Ross Marvingt vs Raoul Cassin

Boxing Daily Report from the Mini Promotions promoted show at Carrefour Mader, Carrefour,  taking place on 16/09/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Haiti Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTVC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ross Marvingt (5 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from Port-de-Paix, Haiti and Raoul Cassin(25(19) - 6) from Croix des Bouqets, Haiti.  Both Marvingt and Cassin weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Germain Baudhuin, and the three ringside judges are Sumner Richoux, Laurent Nolle and Platt Claudel.  

Round 1: 

Cassin is on target with a cross.  
Cassin gets on the inside and is on target with a firm right hook to Marvingt's ribs.  
Cassin hits home with a right uppercut.  
Cassin closes the distance and manages to force Marvingt into a neutral corner.  Cassin lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Cassin clinches his opponent.  Cassin leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cassin closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Cassin holds on to his opponent.  Cassin pushes his forearm into Marvingt's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Cassin to stop fouling.  
Cassin lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Cassin lands a cross to the head, a jab to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Marvingt is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Cassin hits home with a cross.  
Cassin steps inside.  Marvingt throws a right hook, but Cassin ties up his opponent.  Cassin is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Cassin advances into close range.  Marvingt pivots to the left of his opponent.  Cassin lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Cassin ties up his opponent.  Cassin hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Marvingt tries to step out of his opponents range.  Cassin connects with a firm cross.  Cassin tries to land an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Cassin is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent into the corner.  Cassin lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Cassin drives a right hook into Marvingt's body.  
Cassin lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Cassin drives a solid left uppercut into Marvingt's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE MARVINGT WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Cassin senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Marvingt and just needs the right shot.  Cassin lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND MARVINGT IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Cassin whips in a mean right uppercut to his opponents body.  MARVINGT IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Cassin lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND DROPS MARVINGT TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Cassin!
