Rob Guffey vs Kolzak Zhirkov

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth,  taking place on 05/10/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Guffey (9(1) - 0) who hails from Warrington, UK and Kolzak Zhirkov(6 - 14(1) - 1) from Kiev, Ukraine.  Both Guffey and Zhirkov weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Hill, and the three ringside judges are Ian McAda, Glynn Reddick and Ben Albert.  

Round 1: 

Guffey gets on the inside.  Zhirkov throws a left uppercut, but Guffey clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Zhirkov pushes his forearm into Guffey's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Zhirkov about fouling.
