Justin Burgess vs Seth Syme

Boxing Daily Report from the Greedy Promotions promoted show at Raven Gym, Macon,  taking place on 21/09/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Justin Burgess (3 - 0) who hails from Augusta, USA and Seth Syme(0 - 1) from Portland, USA.  Both Burgess and Syme weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jonathan Bonnar, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Mun, Arran Culp and Ethan Mun.  

Round 1: 

Burgess closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Burgess clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Burgess pushes his forearm into Syme's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Burgess to stop fouling.  
Burgess is on target with a cross.  
Burgess gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  Burgess clinches his opponent.  Burgess leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Burgess's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Burgess sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Burgess lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Burgess clinches his opponent.  Burgess leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Burgess steps inside and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.

Burgess cuts off the ring, trapping Syme in a neutral corner.  Burgess lands a left hook.  
Burgess lands a left hook, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Burgess lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Burgess is on target with a left hook.  Burgess ties up his opponent.  Burgess uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Syme behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Burgess about fouling.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Syme's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Syme's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Syme closes the distance.  Burgess lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Burgess lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Burgess clinches his opponent.  Burgess is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.

Burgess lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Burgess ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Burgess pushes his forearm into Syme's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Burgess to stop fouling.

Burgess stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Burgess slams a big right uppercut into Syme's body.  DOWN GOES SYME!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Syme now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

He then lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body, DROPPING SYME TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  It looks like Syme has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
