Edward Zhen vs Bilal Mahmood

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Perak promoted show at Ipoh Husain, Ipoh,  taking place on 16/09/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Edward Zhen (8 - 6(1) - 3) who hails from Ipoh, Malaysia and Bilal Mahmood(28(6) - 4) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Zhen weighed in at 154 pounds and 9 ounces, while Mahmood weighed in at 154 pounds.    As Zhen came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jawad Shah, and the three ringside judges are Tariq Masih, Mohsin Zaki and Danyaal Moghaddam.
