Ciaran Casey vs Evan Higgins

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Northern Ireland promoted show at Bangor MacClery, Bangor,  taking place on 16/09/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern Ireland Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ciaran Casey (5 - 2 - 6) who hails from Bangor, UK and Evan Higgins(26 - 20(6)) from Bangor, UK.  Casey weighed in at 175 pounds, while Higgins weighed in at 174 pounds and 13 ounces.
