Veltry Mpontshane vs Subusiso Magqwaka

Boxing Daily Report from the Soweto Punch Pros promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 29/09/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Veltry Mpontshane (4(3) - 0) who hails from Pretoria, South Africa and Subusiso Magqwaka(6 - 9 - 2) from Soweto, South Africa.  Mpontshane weighed in at 160 pounds, while Magqwaka weighed in at 159 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Luvolwethu Motupa, and the three ringside judges are Asavela Sikali, Isaac Chohan and Quoitrel Sotyu.  

Round 1: 

Mpontshane steps inside.  Mpontshane sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a firm left hook.

Magqwaka throws a right hook, but Mpontshane ties up his opponent.  Mpontshane tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Magqwaka's kidney. The ref breaks Mpontshane's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Mpontshane lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Magqwaka now seems to have got his legs back.

Mpontshane SLAMS a WICKED right uppercut into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE MAGQWAKA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Magqwaka quickly recovers.
