Takeshi Kato vs Mark Gwynn

Boxing Daily Report from the MisMatchRoom Promotions promoted show at Sagamihara City Gymnasium, Sagamihara,  taking place on 19/09/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Takeshi Kato (11(8) - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Mark Gwynn(8 - 7(3) - 3) from Hamilton, New Zealand.  Both Kato and Gwynn weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daiki Takayama, and the three ringside judges are Nori Sato, Kaede Matsunaga and Yuji Nishimura.  

Round 1:

Kato forces Gwynn to back into the ropes.  Kato lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Kato ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kato pushes his forearm into Gwynn's face.  The ref breaks Kato's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kato lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kato lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kato lands a left uppercut.  
Kato lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Gwynn recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Kato ties up his opponent.  Kato is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kato about fouling.  
Kato drives a solid right hook into Gwynn's body.  Kato clinches his opponent.  Kato uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Gwynn behind the head. Kato leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gwynn dabs at his face checking for damage.  Gwynn has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused nasty swelling  around the left eye.

Kato advances into close range and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Gwynn now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
