Kurt Kues vs Apsel Penninger

Boxing Daily Report from the WARLOCK promoted show at Leipzig Henz, Leipzig,  taking place on 21/09/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Saxony Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kurt Kues (20 - 19(2) - 4) who hails from Dresden, Germany and Apsel Penninger(29 - 13(5)) from Leipzig, Germany.  Kues weighed in at 125 pounds and 6 ounces, while Penninger weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lennart Gesser, and the three ringside judges are Richerd Strohecker, Geoff Strahm and Bin Besser.  

Round 1: 

Penninger steps inside and lands a left hook.
