Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Ammar, Nairobi,  taking place on 27/09/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joel Cheromei (18 - 14 - 3) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Alastair Ojwang(13 - 10 - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Cheromei and Ojwang weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Birir, and the three ringside judges are Matt Kanyoro, Kenzie Ogot and Shaun Chelangat.
