Leeroy Young vs Paul Carrothers

Boxing Daily Report from the Fuseini Promotions promoted show at Jasper Donnellon Gym, Lowell,  taking place on 04/10/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Massachusetts Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leeroy Young (25 - 17 - 3) who hails from Boston, USA and Paul Carrothers(8 - 18(1) - 5) from Boston, USA.  Both Young and Carrothers weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dave Greenan, and the three ringside judges are Arnie Sherriff, Peter Cooper and Fred Reese.  

Round 1: 

Carrothers is on target with a right hook.  
Carrothers steps inside.  Young is on target with a left uppercut.  
Young is on target with a jab.  
Young sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.
