Paul Devlin vs Stephen MacNeil

Boxing Daily Report from the L2LBoxingPromotions promoted show at Saad Shaikh Gym, Cardiff,  taking place on 29/09/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Paul Devlin (4 - 1) who hails from Birmingham, UK and Stephen MacNeil(9 - 16(7) - 4) from Cork, Ireland.  Devlin weighed in at 167 pounds and 4 ounces, while MacNeil weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Griffith Batton, and the three ringside judges are Clinton Birney, Edwyn Brodie and Terry Lyons.
