David Sherriff vs Mark Cornog

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Promotions promoted show at Wellington Venters, Wellington,  taking place on 29/09/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Wellington Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Sherriff (9 - 7 - 4) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Mark Cornog(24(1) - 8(2) - 1) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Sherriff weighed in at 112 pounds, while Cornog weighed in at 111 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Erorangi Muunu, and the three ringside judges are Paul Redhead, Geoff Symington and Sean Stackpole.
