Taro Sazama vs Jiro Doi

Boxing Daily Report from the Soweto Punch Pros promoted show at Nippon Budokan, Tokyo,  taking place on 01/12/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Taro Sazama (28(23) - 4(4)) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Jiro Doi(32(2) - 6(6) - 1) from Osaka, Japan.  Both Sazama and Doi weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hikaru Mikami, and the three ringside judges are Nori Saito, Ichiro Kaya and Daichi Noda.  

Round 1:

Sazama switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Doi almost instantly gets his legs back.

Sazama stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Sazama lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head, AND SENDS DOI TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Sazama!
