Boxing Daily Report from the Asabigi Promotions promoted show at Cheongju Hong, Cheongju,  taking place on 09/10/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Korea-North Chungcheong Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Star Sports Korea, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Keun-ho Rhee (23(1) - 4) who hails from Cheongju, South Korea and Hyun-soo Chang(29(8) - 4) from Chungju, South Korea.  Both Rhee and Chang weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kee-hee Pu, and the three ringside judges are Seung-gyu Jun, Seung-gyu Kil and Keun-ho Kook.
