Peter Trott vs Sean Allender

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Milford Ice Pavillion, Waterbury,  taking place on 21/09/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Peter Trott (0 - 0) who hails from New Kingston, Jamaica and Sean Allender(2 - 1(1)) from Mississauga, Canada.  Both Trott and Allender weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peter Liddell, and the three ringside judges are Davie Maines, Phil Stephen and John Kippen.  

Round 1: 

Allender hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Trott lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Allender almost instantly recovers. 
Trott is looking to close the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DOWN GOES ALLENDER!  He manages to get up at 4.  Allender recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Trott lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Trott lands a jab.  
Trott is looking to close the distance.  Trott sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Trott lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Trott holds on to his opponent.  Trott is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Trott's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Trott closes the distance.  Trott pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Allender throws a right uppercut, but Trott ties up his opponent.  Allender leans on his opponent using all his weight. Trott is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Trott's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Trott cuts off the ring, trapping Allender on the ropes.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Trott has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Allender is on target with a stinging cross.  
Allender tries to land a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Trott lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Trott lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Trott pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a sharp right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Allender tries to land a left hook, but Trott sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Trott drives a left hook into his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Trott dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Trott lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Trott drives a sharp left uppercut into Allender's body.  Trott holds on to his opponent.  Trott leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Trott pushes his forearm into Allender's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Trott quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
It looks like Allender has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Allender dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Trott drives a firm right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Allender connects with a solid cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Allender's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Allender's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Trott gets on the inside.  Trott sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Allender throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Trott closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Allender recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Allender connects with a stinging right uppercut.  
Trott lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Trott lands a cross to the head, a cross to the body and a jab to the body.  
Allender hits home with a stinging left hook.  Trott clinches his opponent.  Allender is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Trott pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to Allender's body.  
Trott lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Trott feints a right hook, but Allender ignores the feint and is on target with a cross.  
Trott digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Allender lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Allender is on target with a solid cross.  
Trott closes the distance and is on target with a sharp left uppercut to Allender's liver.  
Trott is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  
Trott closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Allender quickly recovers. 
Trott lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Allender lands a cross.  
Allender lands a sharp cross.

Trott forces Allender to retreat into the red corner.  Trott pivots to the left of his opponent.  Trott drives a right uppercut into Allender's body.  Trott tries to land a left hook, but Allender blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Trott digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Trott quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!

Trott lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body, KNOCKING ALLENDER DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.

Trott is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Trott slams a DEVASTATING left uppercut into Allender's ribs.  ALLENDER IS DOWN!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE ALLENDER CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Trott!
