Oscar Hargest vs Michael Torbett

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Virginia promoted show at Richmond Lannon, Richmond,  taking place on 29/09/2040:

Clearly AI USA-Virginia have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.
