Euan Terris vs Mike Duncan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Western Australia promoted show at Perth MacPhee, Perth,  taking place on 18/10/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Euan Terris (11 - 5(1) - 3) who hails from Perth, Australia and Mike Duncan(5 - 1(1) - 1(NC)) from Perth, Australia.  Both Terris and Duncan weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harry Salmond, and the three ringside judges are Noah Caffrey, Michael Broach and Dave McPherson.  

Round 1: 

Duncan hits home with a firm cross.

Duncan manages to force Terris into the corner.  Duncan lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Terris.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Duncan closes the distance and digs in a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Duncan manages to force Terris into a corner.  Duncan lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.
