Chen Meng vs Fo-hai Kuo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Shaanxi promoted show at China-Shaanxi Gym, Xian,  taking place on 21/10/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Shaanxi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chen Meng (7 - 12(2) - 3) who hails from Baoji, China and Fo-hai Kuo(27(1) - 4 - 1) from Xian, China.  Meng weighed in at 147 pounds, while Kuo weighed in at 147 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Kuo came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Shen Sen, and the three ringside judges are Fo-hai Jang, Shen Sen and Yu Sam.
