Xavier Diaz vs Stuart Cooney

Boxing Daily Report from the Western Promotions promoted show at Western Gym International, Liverpool,  taking place on 15/10/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Xavier Diaz (0 - 0) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Stuart Cooney(0 - 2) from London, UK.  Diaz weighed in at 117 pounds and 12 ounces, while Cooney weighed in at 117 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mel Loch, and the three ringside judges are Ewan Goodlet, Cody Biggs and Ian Lowery.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Diaz has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
