Verity Piat vs Alain Carpeaux

Boxing Daily Report from the Kolektif Chans Puncher a promoted show at Croix des Bouqets Larive, Croix des Bouqets,  taking place on 26/10/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Haiti-Ouest Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Verity Piat (18(2) - 10(3) - 1) who hails from Port-au-Prince, Haiti and Alain Carpeaux(6 - 9(1) - 2) from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Both Piat and Carpeaux weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gerard Dauphin, and the three ringside judges are Xebec Gaudin, Platt Claudel and Xebec Paille.  

Round 1: 

Piat is on target with a left hook.
