Cipriano Meraz vs Santiago Vasco

Boxing Daily Report from the Monare Promotions promoted show at Managua Vargas, Managua,  taking place on 28/10/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Managua Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cipriano Meraz (7 - 5(3) - 1) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Santiago Vasco(25(8) - 14(5) - 1) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Both Meraz and Vasco weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tajo Tabora, and the three ringside judges are Alvino Albo, Alano Pio and Zacarias Balan.  

Round 1: 

Meraz lands a cross.
