Rob Chesoni vs Thulani Shabangu

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Kasarani indoor arena, Nairobi,  taking place on 29/11/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the African Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rob Chesoni (12(1) - 0 - 2) who hails from Kikuyu, Kenya and Thulani Shabangu(33(2) - 13(5) - 1) from Johannesburg, South Africa.  Both Chesoni and Shabangu weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elliot Lumumba, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Abed, Richie Bitok and Clinton Lihalakha.  

Round 1:

SHABANGU IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 9.  Shabangu now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.
