Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Bayamon promoted show at Bayamon Velasquez, Bayamon,  taking place on 31/10/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Bayamon Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Selestino Crisostomo (5 - 15(2) - 2) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Kiki Valera(9(7) - 1(1)) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Both Crisostomo and Valera weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elias Subia, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Ahumada, Guido Bonilla and Macario Armenta.  

Round 1: 

Valera advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Valera closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Valera holds on to his opponent.  Valera uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Crisostomo behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Valera.

Valera is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Valera clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Valera pushes his forearm into Crisostomo's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Valera.  Crisostomo recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
