Karl Connolly vs Killian Cooney

Boxing Daily Report from the Don Kingahan promoted show at Dun Laoghaire Finn, Dun Laoghaire,  taking place on 30/10/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Irish-Leinster Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Karl Connolly (25(1) - 19(11) - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Killian Cooney(27 - 17(2) - 4) from Dublin, Ireland.  Connolly weighed in at 160 pounds, while Cooney weighed in at 159 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Thomas McShane, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Fitzgerald, Joshua Dermott and Shane MacNevin.
