Vicente Batres vs Onofre Varon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Andalusia promoted show at Cordoba Plasencia, Cordoba,  taking place on 03/11/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Andalusia Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Batres (7 - 11(1) - 7) who hails from Malaga, Spain and Onofre Varon(6 - 8(1) - 1) from Seville, Spain.  Batres weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces, while Varon weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Macario, and the three ringside judges are Xaver Gato, Cortez Portilla and Luis Sarinana.
