Federico Tovar vs Joaquin Licona

Boxing Daily Report from the Joram Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Maduro, Montevideo,  taking place on 04/11/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uruguay-Montevideo Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Federico Tovar (46(18) - 17(6) - 1) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Joaquin Licona(19 - 15(2)) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Tovar and Licona weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Barco, and the three ringside judges are Ximen Mantilla, Carlos Jiminez and Montego Civil.
