Brett Rattray vs Chris Kippen

Boxing Daily Report from the The wright promotion promoted show at Kingston Geels, Kingston,  taking place on 14/11/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Brett Rattray (14(13) - 1) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Chris Kippen(23(2) - 7(2) - 1) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Rattray and Kippen weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Harper, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Bivin, Robert Smiley and Jacob Pye.  

Round 1: 

Kippen connects with a cross.  
Kippen is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Kippen pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kippen lands a right hook.  Kippen throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.
