Ignado Carabello vs Rico Galiano

Boxing Daily Report from the Quainoo Promotions promoted show at San Luis Potosi Bustillo, San Luis Potosi,  taking place on 13/11/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-San Luis Potosi Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ignado Carabello (25(3) - 3(1)) who hails from San Luis Potosi, Mexico and Rico Galiano(17 - 11 - 4) from San Luis Potosi, Mexico.  Carabello weighed in at 160 pounds, while Galiano weighed in at 159 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sierra Otero, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Villalpando, Vegas Arguello and Urvano Lopez.  

Round 1:

Galiano is clearly losing his cool here!   He steps inside, but then strikes Carabello with a blatant low blow!  The ref signals for the action to continue.  He either hasnt noticed the blatant foul or doesnt care!
