Alish Khalilov vs Bilal Allam

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Lankaran promoted show at Masally Mirkasumov, Masally,  taking place on 16/11/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Lankaran Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alish Khalilov (15 - 19(2) - 3) who hails from Jalilabad, Azerbaijan and Bilal Allam(16 - 19 - 4) from Lankaran, Azerbaijan.  Both Khalilov and Allam weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Khudaverdi Shah, and the three ringside judges are Muslum Dzhebrailov, Orkhan Mehdiyev and Rais Gadjibabayev.
